Return Policy


Thank you for your business. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. In essence, a Return & Refund Policy is a policy that dictates under what conditions customers can return products they’ve purchased from your ecommerce store and whether you’ll reimburse them or not. It will also let your customers know the time frame within which your company can accept returns. All the provisions will be governed by The Sale of Goods Act, 1930, Indian Contract Act 1872 and The Consumer Goods Bill, 2015 by Indian Law.




All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.





To return an item, please email customer service at returns@theberryplus.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and return form, original invoice, and the item with original accessories, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.




After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed




The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

· considerably cosmetically damaged product


· functionally damaged product


· product with incomplete packaging or missing accessories


· For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.


Please note: Restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
